Emails and Proofs and Spam, OH MY!

Alrighty folks, as you probably know my emails just love to be eaten up by Yahoo and Hotmail or sent to spam/bulk email folders (ain't that sweet?)

So here's the deal, I recently changed the ordering process to make it required for an account when you order. Yeah, sorry, I know that can be a pain BUT it ensures that you'll always be up to date on the status of your orders. Now don't wait for my emails (which may float in cyberspace somewhere) to look for proofs and such. Just log into your account, scroll down and you'll see any comments and the links to the proofs there as well. This is how it's always been but not necessarily if you didn't have an account. Oh and please use an email that you'll check because I do often send messages to clarify something on your orders.

So what does all this mean? It means to check your account if you think it's been a long time without any messages from moi. You know something has to be up :) So just login and check, okay?

And you'll notice that I always change order status' from: Order Received, Processing, Shipping Soon (which means your order will typically ship within 24 hours) and Shipped. Cool right? It's all about you so make sure you check (please...pretty please...k?)
