{2010 Pricing Updates}

For those that have been with me from the very beginning, you're aware that product prices and s/h rates have been pretty stable all these years. I think I had one small shipping increase a few years ago. And while the USPS has consistently raised their rates, we have not. This year unfortunately we do need to raise rates slightly (.55). The new s/h rates will go into effect on Wed, Jan 6th. There will still be free s/h for orders of $100 or more on inhouse orders. And of course you know we're still a fabulous deal despite this small increase, we're still priced at a fraction of other paper companies while still providing a high quality product.

While our 'official' deadline has passed, I can cheerfully say that any orders placed today or tomorrow (Friday) will ship out at the end of next week. Yay! This does not include any luxe cards or PSA items (which has their own shipping deadline, see the PSA page for info).

So go ahead and order that last minute gift you totally forgot about :) And if you're really late, have it shipped direct to the recipient. We include a gift message on your behalf (and package it super cute so your recipient will be delighted). Just place a separate order for each gift recipient. If you need help, just ask!

{Lunch Boxes & Mini Lunch Notes}

I'm happy to announce a new item to our product line up...Personalized Lunch Boxes and mini Lunch Box notes!

My 2 younger sons have been testing these for a few weeks now and I can confirm how much they adore their own personal case! Besides being used for the obvious (yes, your lunch), they've also been taking them in the car to hold their Legos, video games, you name it. It was a must have at our track out camps most recently too!

These boxes are a nice size which is deep enough to store those tall sippy cups (we have a tall Spongebob type with the straw) and that fit just fine :) Also on the inside is a clear holder which can store a lunch box note, how cute is that? So when your little one opens it up, you can have your own hand written note inside for them to see. We carry sets of mini lunch notes in packs for girls, boys and a gender neutral pack too.

{Interchangeable Personalized Stampers!}

I was so very excited to learn about a brand new product being launched by PSA Essentials...are you ready? Coming soon they are offering an Interchangeable Personalized Stamp! OMG!

You'll be able to use one stamp body and then their peel & stick interchangeable designs!! There will be prepackaged themed designs (i.e. holiday, surf&sun, etc) so you can swap them out as needed. It's a new stamper so the old ones won't work with the peel & stick. But this new stamper will be able to be used like you do now & you can purchase the interchangeable set which will come with 9 different design centers and one decorative outside border. And get this...say if you move or need a new personalization, you'll be able to order just the stamp die (and not a whole new stamper)!!

Can you tell how excited I am? PSA is such a class act company so I'm very happy to be a part of their retailer family. I'll have more details this summer when the product is officially launched :) Stay tuned!

{Welcome Back}

Happy 2009! I don't know about you but the holidays just flew on by! So here we are, a new year and of course I had to do some tweaking ;) As you can see, the blog got a little facelift. I'm still playing with it but hope you enjoy the new look! There's also some minor site changes going on which you should be able to notice this week during checkout ;)

Extended Shopping for 2008!

Due to requests for a little more time to shop, we've extended shopping for 2008! You can place an order through Friday, Dec 12th. Orders placed now are NOT GUARANTEED for Christmas delivery (while there's a good chance it may reach you in time, I cannot guarantee it so I'll leave that up to you if you need it by then)

After Friday we'll be closed for a break and will reopen and allow orders to come through which will then be processed when we are officially back in January.

After today, our store will be in 'vacation' mode so you can add items to your wishlist but not actually place your order. We plan on showing inventory again in 2-3 weeks (although orders won't be processed until we officially reopen the first week of Jan 2009).

Thank you to everyone who has been getting in their holiday orders! Due to the overwhelming volume, we've had to update our cutoff date. So the last day to place an order for holiday delivery is Monday, December 1st. PSA Items only may be ordered until Friday, Dec 5th for holiday delivery as they are shipped direct from the manufacturer.

Any orders placed AFTER December 1st will not begin processing until we reopen in January, so please keep this in mind when ordering. We will also be adding January Online Party dates so you can get your fill as soon as we reopen :)

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Well, we're officially in the busiest part of our year! We've been flooded with orders so a huge thank you to our fabulous customers, both seasoned and new. We have a lot to be thankful for this year and I'm always so flattered when someone decides to purchase one of our items for themselves or as a gift! It's amazing to meet so many people and watch their lives progress through paper.....bridal thank you's lead to baby shower invites and then to family stationery and so on. You wouldn't believe how many families I see transition in this way. Thank you for letting me/us be a part of it!

This year we've been featured in some pretty awesome magazines and blogs which we're forever grateful for. No matter how much press we may receive, we will always treat each customer as if they were the only one. Is it Fall already? Fall, Holidays & Winter...oh my!

The time is sneaking up on us quickly isn't it?? Well there's still plenty of time to get your Halloween goodies! A favorite amongst customers is definitely our Halloween Treat Bag Stickers.

Don't forget grab some fall stationery for yourself!

We also just added a new little spot on the blog way over there --> our Press, Praise & Philanthropy section. From time to time we'll keep that little spot visible with recent events. We may not talk about it a lot but behind the scenes we often donate to many charities and events.

Over the summer we participated in the LAPD Eagle & Badge event which was hosted by actress Sharon Stone. And our goodies are included in this years Ante Up for Autism Celebrity Poker event. Many times our online parties are used as charitable events too, where the gift certificates earned are given to charities hosting their own gift basket auctions and fundraisers. The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is one such organization that I've had the pleasure of working with and will be working with again this November. Thanks to all of our customers who help us help these wonderful organizations!

And for a little press & praise, our calling cards are included in the October issue of Pregnancy & Newborn magazine :) Their editor in chief Lacey was a delight to work with!

We're back and a Bag Tag Update!

Ah we're back from our lovely vacation at the beach, a last hurrah to summer. Had a great time and rested up for what's sure to be a very busy holiday season! Speaking of which, holiday (as in Christmas, Hanukkah and winter items) will be available soon.

One change just made is to our bag tags. Yes I know, again :) While I liked our hard case tags, we were getting inconsistent quality from them and you know how particular I am with that sort of thing. So I've found a new type of tag that I think you will love. It's still a slip in style and still super sturdy but it's a vinyl tag that is just wonderful! They will still come with a clear loop and coordinating ribbon.

We're taking a much needed vacation to the shore! A final goodbye to summer so while we're gone, we have a neat little feature setup where you can still browse and add items to your wishlist. Then when we reopen, move it to your cart and checkout! This helps us keep from getting backlogged while away but still gives you the chance to plan your order in advance of our return. Pretty cool right? We thought so :)

All orders made through 9/9 are currently processing. All others will begin when we return. (orders can still be placed today and tomorrow, thereafter we'll be in vacation mode). I'll have limited email access while away and will respond to urgent inquiries as soon as possible.

Just a reminder that we will be closed from Sept 11th through Sept 22nd. You won't be able to place an order during that time however, we've updated our site so you'll still be able to browse, access your account and add items to your wishlist. Then when we reopen, you can easily move your wishlist items to your cart!

So if you need to order anything time sensitive, please do so before 9/9 otherwise it won't be processed until we return. Fall/Halloween items will be appearing shortly and Christmas/Holiday items will be launched in Sept.
